Tintamarre, a hidden gem north of St. Martin, is a pristine, uninhabited island where sea turtles nest along its shores. Now part of a protected area within the nature reserve, this idyllic island lies at the meeting point of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Tintamarre boasts an incredible white sand beach and some of the most stunning turquoise waters around – especially when the tide is low. Behind the island, you can explore the intriguing remains of an old hotel and a small airstrip, adding a touch of mystery to your adventure. Here, you can paddleboard, relax on floating mattresses, or dive in for fantastic snorkeling. And for the boldest explorers, there’s even a shipwreck waiting to be discovered!
